• Hard Anodizing

  Mainly applied to aluminum and its alloys. Converts the metal surface into a dense oxide film via electr- olysis, enhancing corrosion resistance, wear resista- nce, and providing a base for subsequent dyeing.
• Electroplating

  Uses electrolytic principles to deposit a metal coating on the substrate surface, which can improve corrosion resistance, decoration, electrical conductivity or wear resistance. Common coatings include nickel, chromium, zinc, etc.
• Polishing

  Removes burrs and scratches on the material surface through mechanical grinding, chemical dissolution or electrolysis, reduces surface roughness, and achieves a smooth and bright surface finish.
• Plating

  A general term for surface coating processes, including electroplating, electroless plating, etc. Its core is to cover the substrate surface with another material to improve surface properties.
• Laser Etching

  Uses high-energy laser beams to etch fine patterns, text or textures on the material surface. It is a non- contact processing method with high precision and stable effect.
• Heat Treatment

  Changes the internal structure of materials through controlled heating, heat preservation and cooling operations, thereby improving mechanical properties such as hardness, strength and toughness.
• Black Oxide

  Also known as bluing, it is mostly used for steel parts. Forms a black oxide film on the surface through che- mical or electrochemical methods to achieve rust prevention and decoration effects.
• Painting

  Applies liquid coating to the material surface, which forms a paint film after drying. It can realize anti- corrosion, rust prevention and decoration functions with simple operation and low cost.
